3.Charges

 

Standard message and data rates may apply according to End Users’ mobile carrier plans.

PROTON is not responsible for any charges incurred by End Users.

 

4.Opt-Out

• End Users may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying:STOP – to unsubscribe

• HELP – for assistance

Business shall promptly process all opt-out requests.

Certain essential operational messages (e.g., security alerts) may still be sent even after opt-out.

 

5.Consent

• By opting in, Business confirms that:You are authorized to send messages on behalf of your business

• All End Users have provided explicit consent to receive SMS messages

• Consent is not a condition for purchasing products or services

Business shall maintain records of End User consent for audit purposes.
